About

Dr. Jim Kostecki

Dr. Kostecki, a 2003 Palmer college of Chiropractic graduate in Davenport Iowa, grew up in Missoula and now works in Hamilton MT. He has had the unique pleasure of working alongside several health professionals since in his chiropractic career from Missoula, Stevensville, Hamilton and throughout the US and world.
He’s worked and learned from great chiropractors, sports trainers and other medical healthcare providers and all have shared numerous skills and traits that he’s adopted.

Prior to working in Hamilton, he’s worked as a chiropractor in his home town of Missoula and with the University of Montana Rhinehart Athletic Treatment Center. Along with working locally in Hamilton, Dr. Jim travels throughout the US to educate military special operator medics. The curriculum is to teach these extraordinary soldiers extremity and soft tissue manipulations and how to activate and release soft tissues to enhance combat readiness and sustain operations with less physical interference. Dr. Jim continues to use his sports chiropractic background as the chiropractor for both the Samoan and Fiji men’s international 7’s rugby teams. In 2011 Dr. Kostecki joined the Hamilton volunteer fire department and is honored to give back to the community in this capacity.

“In my practice, we have faith that in many cases the body can heal itself when the pathways of healing are opened. Empowering patients, helping them learn their processes of healing is key to a solid recovery and a higher quality of life.”
